The client portal home and settings at a glance
What a client contact sees on their own Dashboard and Settings pages, with an Owner-level account's fuller Settings and Notifications.
Devices
Devices counts the devices your IT provider monitors for your organization. This organization shows 0, with the note No devices monitored yet, until any are added.
Outstanding Invoices
Outstanding Invoices counts the bills you have not paid yet, with the total dollar amount underneath. This organization shows 1, for a total of $2,340.00.
Service Performance
Service Performance shows four numbers for the date range picked in the Last 30 Days control: SLA Response, Avg First Response, Tickets Opened, and Open Tickets.
Recent Tickets
Recent Tickets lists your newest tickets with their priority and status, with a View all link down to the full Tickets page. To raise a new one, open Tickets and use the Get Support button there.
Alerts
Alerts flags things like a device that has gone offline, a license coming up for renewal, or an invoice coming due. It reads Nothing needs you right now when there is nothing to flag.
Meetings
Meetings, under Resources in the left sidebar, opens the list of upcoming and past meetings with your IT provider, each with its date, time, attendees, and agenda.
Settings holds your profile, your organization, and how you sign in
Your Profile
Your Profile holds Display Name, Email, Role, and Timezone. Email is read only, managed by your identity provider. Role shows your access level; here it reads Full Access.
Organization
Organization shows Company and Domain as read-only text. An account with Full Access can also edit Primary Contact Name and Primary Contact Email here; other roles see Primary Contact as read-only text instead.
Sign-in
Sign-in explains how you get in: a link emailed to your address, with no password on the account to change or reset.
Theme
Theme's Appearance picker sets how the portal looks. It reads Classic here, and the choice is saved to your browser.
Language
Language's picker sets the language for buttons, menus, and messages across the portal. It reads Use browser language until you pick one.
Billing Information
Billing Information holds the Billing Email and a mailing address used for invoices. Only an account with Full Access sees this card.
Notifications, under Settings, chooses what you hear about and how
Sounds & Email Digest
Sounds & Email Digest toggles a chime for new tickets and other notifications, plus an Email delivery choice of Immediate, Hourly digest, Daily digest, or Off (bell only).
Event preferences
Event preferences lists each event with a three-state choice per channel: Default follows the Default for your role hint shown under the row, On always sends it, and Off always blocks it. Only the channels your IT provider has set up show as columns; this organization shows In-App only.
System notifications (always on)
System notifications (always on) lists messages you cannot turn off here, like a quote confirmation or the link to reopen a closed ticket, so you still know what to expect.
Why it works this way
What you see depends on your role. An Owner or IT Admin account sees every card here, including Organization editing, Billing Information, and Notifications; a User or Billing account sees a smaller Settings page with no Notifications row, and lands on Tickets first instead of this Dashboard.
Questions this page answers
What does my dashboard show?
It opens with two cards. Devices counts the computers your IT provider looks after. Outstanding Invoices counts the bills you have not paid, and their total. Under those are four service numbers for a date range you pick. Below that come your newest tickets and an Alerts panel. To raise a ticket, open Tickets and use the Get Support button there.
What do the stats cards show?
The top of the page has two cards. Devices counts the computers your IT provider looks after for you. Outstanding Invoices counts the bills you have not paid yet, and their total. Under those is a row of four numbers for a time span you pick: SLA Response, Avg First Response, Tickets Opened, and Open Tickets. Below that are your newest tickets and an Alerts panel. Alerts flags things like a device that has gone offline, a license coming up for renewal, or an invoice due soon.
How do I view scheduled meetings?
Open Meetings from the sidebar. You will see upcoming and past meetings with your IT provider. Each one shows the date, the time, who is coming, and the agenda. You may be able to approve a proposed time or ask for a different one.
What can I change in Settings?
Settings shows your organization profile, which is your name, domain, and contact details. It also holds your own preferences, like your time zone and what you get notified about. Some fields are read-only because your IT provider sets them.
What does the Timezone setting do?
It sets your own time zone. Pick any zone from the list, or leave it on System Default to follow the portal clock. It changes how day-based views group your days. Most times you see still follow the portal clock, so you and your IT provider read the same one.
How do the three-state toggles work?
Each row has one cell per channel, and each cell has three states. Default means you follow the normal setting for your role. Force on means you get it no matter what. Force off means you never get it, even when your role says yes. The hint on each row tells you what Default would do for you.
Why can I not turn some of these off?
Some messages are part of a flow that needs them. One is the email that confirms a quote. Another is the link to reopen a closed ticket. Turning them off would break the flow. They sit in their own section, marked always on, so you can still see them.
What's the difference between Email and In-app channels?
Email goes to your inbox. In-app shows in the bell at the top of the portal while you are signed in. Pick either one, both, or neither for each kind of update. A channel your IT provider has not set up does not show here.
